The Court : The petitioner prays for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. She submits that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on December 15, 2024. That arguments are complete and the parties are to file their written notes.

Considering the advanced stage of the proceeding, this Court deems it fit to extend the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish his award within the extended period. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
