This is an application seeking extension of time to publish the award in connection with the said arbitration proceeding pending before the learned Sole Arbitrator Justice Syamal Kanti Chakrabarti (Retired) for a further period of six months.

In light of the fact that there is no opposition to the said application, AP/628/2022 is allowed and the Arbitral Tribunal is directed to complete the arbitration proceeding within a further period of six months. AP/628/2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
