3. The plaintiff has filed the suit praying for a decree for a sum of Rs.14,11,48,486/- on account of loss of profit and loss of chance and on account of damages along with interest.

4. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that during the pendency of the suit, parties have come to a settlement for referring the matter to the Arbitrator by entering into terms of agreement dated 11th March, 2025 and an Arbitrator has been appointed with the consent of both the parties.

5. As the parties have decided to settle their disputes through Arbitrator and as an Arbitrator has been appointed in terms of the

terms of agreement entered between the parties dated 11th March, 2025, CS-COM/426/2024 (Old No. CS/224/2022) is disposed of.

6. The copy of the terms of agreement dated 11th March, 2025 entered between the parties for referring the matter to the arbitration be kept with the record.
