...for the respondent The Court:- The Court is given to understand that both the parties want this application to be returned to the Commercial Court at Alipore, the reason being that the petitioner had filed an application under Section 9 of the 1996 Act before the said Court.

The mandate expired on 21st September, 2023 and the application for extension was made on 20th September, 2023.

AP/693/2023 along with all connected applications are therefore disposed of with liberty to the parties to apply before the Commercial Court at Alipore.
