Counsel for the plaintiff submits that in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.26038/2018 dated 30th July, 2021, the entire building has been pull down by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation and there is nothing remains in the suit. The Counsel for the plaintiff prays for withdrawl of the suit. In view of the above, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
