The Court : This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

It is submitted that the mandate is due to expire on 28th December, 2024. The arbitration is at the stage of evidence. Considering the advanced stage of the proceeding, this application is disposed of by extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.
