The Court: On call none appears for the petitioner. This application has been filed by the petitioner alleging violation of order dated 13th May, 2008 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Maharaj Sinha in WP No. 817 of 2008 by directing the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) Murshidabad to grant of higher scale of pay to the petitioner on the basis of the Master Degree with effect from 20th August, 2003 within four weeks from the date of communication of the order.

Since no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, the application for contempt is dismissed for default.
