The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 31st July, 2019 said to have been left behind by the deceased above-named.

The son is the executor and the husband and daughter have consented to the grant.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that he is willing to obtain the probate in respect of the properties and assets which are situated within the State of West Bengal and for those which are situated outside the State of West Bengal having value less than Rs.10,000/-.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Will having been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness and other heirs-inintestacy having consented to the grant, the probate is granted in terms of prayer [a] of the application for grant being PLA No. 369 of 2023 save and

except for the immovable property situate at the State of Uttar Pradesh as mentioned in Annexure-B under sl. No. 5 of the Affidavit of Assets. Accordingly, PLA No. 369 of 2023 is disposed of. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
