...for the respondent The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the arbitration petition on the ground of the parties having executed a Settlement Agreement on 27th October, 2023 paragraphs 9 and 10 of which record that the parties shall take steps to withdraw pending proceedings upon the petitioner receiving Rs.1 crore from the respondent. Counsel submits that the respondent has paid the first tranche of the agreed amount and will pay the remaining part by January, 2024. Counsel seeks to withdraw AP/699/2023 on this basis.

AP/699/2023 is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement which is kept on record.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
