...for the respondent The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator will be expiring on 31st December, 2024. The proceedings are at the stage of arguments. Considering the fact that the proceeding has reached an advanced stage, this Court directs that the mandate of the learned Arbitraor shall be extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the extended period.

AP/208/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
