In this application, the parties seek to record the Terms of Settlement which the parties have duly executed during the pendency of the suit. The defendant is represented and does not object to the submissions made on behalf of the plaintiff.

I have considered the terms and conditions of the comprise terms and I am satisfied that the same is lawful and has been duly executed by both the parties and was their respective Advocates.

In view of the above, there shall be an order in terms of the prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion.

With the above directions, GA-COM/3/2025 stands disposed of.

Let the decree be drawn up expeditiously.
