The petitioner has prayed for issuance of stage carriage permit in his favour for the route Chittaranjan Bus Stand to Digha Central Bus State.

Placing reliance on the report in the form of affidavit submitted today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the permit is ready and the petitioner is required to approach the authority with all relevant documents in original for receiving the same.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

The petitioner shall approach the authority, being the 4th respondent herein, with all relevant documents in original within one week from date.

The 4th respondent, upon being satisfied with the documents produced by the petitioner, shall issue the permit in his favour on the same date.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been called for, allegations contained in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
