The Court :-The deceased a hindu governed by Dayabhaga School of Hindu Law died as a bachelor leaving behind his last Will and Testament dated 17th Bhadra 1428 B.S. corresponding with English Calendar 3rd September, 2021 which is a registered Will. The only surviving heiress in case of his death in intestacy is the mother who has consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
