The Court :- Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today in terms of the order dated 8th June, 2023 is taken on record. The said supplementary affidavit affirmed on 16th June, 2023.

After going through the statements made in the supplementary affidavit, I find that the delay in filing the application for grant of probate has been sufficiently explained. There is no challenge to the grant as yet on the contrary of the heirs in intestacy have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
