1. This is an application for extension of time to create separate fixed deposit of Rs.1.85 crores as directed in the order dated 20th December, 2024.

2. It has been fairly submitted by learned Counsel for the applicants that the applicant no.1 has filed a Special Leave Petition and the said Special Leave Petition (C) No.565 of 2025 was dismissed on 15th January, 2025 with the following observation: "Having heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and having gone through the materials on record, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, we grant two weeks' time to the petitioner to deposit the requisite amount as ordered by the High Court. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of."

3. In view of the aforesaid order, the prayer for extension of time cannot be entertained by this Court.

4. The application being IA No.GA-COM/2/2025, accordingly, stands dismissed.
