The Court: The Court had decided the matter on merits and allowed the prayer of the petitioner, by order dated March 4, 2025. Mr. Sengupta had raised an objection with regard to the maintainability of the application in the non-commercial division. This Court had accepted such contention of Mr. Sengupta and had directed the department to carry out necessary conversion. The matter was kept returnable today, only to record the conversion and to dispose of the matter finally. The department has accordingly, converted the matter to the commercial division and registered the same as APCOM 215 of 2025. The order passed on March 4, 2025 in AP 210 of 2024 shall be treated as an order in AP-COM 215 of 2025. Upon recording as above, AP-

COM 215 of 2025 is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the order dated March 4, 2025.
