Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will take steps before the Debts Recovery Tribunal for relief. 2.

The bank has already taken possession and put padlock on the secured asset which is the residential flat of the petitioner. 3.

Learned advocate for the bank submits that the date of sale has been fixed on 25.01.2025.

In the event the petitioner approaches the Debts Recovery Tribunal by 24.12.2024, the Tribunal shall endeavour to consider the prayer of the petitioner at the earliest but preferably prior to the date fixed for sale of the secured asset.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the bank for relief, if so advised.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
