The Court: By this application the applicant seeks restoration of the application for revocation of grant of probate. The application for revocation of grant of probate was dismissed for default on February 20, 2020.

Learned Advocate appearing for the executor does not oppose the restoration application.

In such circumstances, there will be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Master's Summons dated February 28, 2020.

IA No.GA/2/2020 (Old No.GA/615/2020) in PLA/233/2016 is disposed of accordingly.

Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that, there was a subsisting interim order on the date of dismissal of the application for revocation of grant of probate.
