The Court :- :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 11th October, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

The testator's son being a heir in intestacy is the executor and the applicant for the grant of probate. The other heiresses of the testator being the four daughters have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
