Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of insufficient information being given to the petitioner, the petitioner has preferred an application under Section 18(1)(e) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 before the State Chief Information Commissioner, West Bengal Information Commission, that is, the respondent no.2, which is pending for quite some time. In view of the innocuous prayer for expeditious disposal, the matter is taken up for disposal.

WPO/1661/2023 is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to dispose of the pending application of the petitioner under Section 18 of the Right to Information Act as expeditiously as possible, positively by February 29, 2024. No order as to costs.
