This Court has passed orders today in respect of another employee like the petitioner in the Indian Museum in WPO/1586/2023. He has retired from service by order dated April 30, 2024.

The aforesaid order would normally apply to the writ petitioner herein as well; however, the writ petitioner herein is still serving in the Indian Museum. 4.

The Director of the Indian Museum shall, therefore, seek approval of the Central Government insofar as the gradation of the petitioner as Senior Technical Assistant and the pay scale given to her are concerned.

Any decision for effecting any recovery or grant ot future pay scale to the petitioner shall abide by the approval of the Central Government. 6.
