The deceased/testatrix was a spinster governed by the Dayabhaga School of Hindu Law at the time of her death. All the heirs/heiress in intestacy who are entitled to object to the grant have consented for issuance of the same Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
