...for the contemnor The Court:- This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 5 September, 2023. By the said order, the decree-holder had unequivocally submitted not to proceed with the pending criminal proceeding filed against the judgment-debtor. It is an admitted position that pursuant to the filing of the application, an application has also been filed before the 16th Metropolitan Magistrate Court seeking quashing of the connected criminal proceeding.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the application. CC/135/2025 stands disposed of.
