The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration with regard to the estate left behind by the deceased. The only heir in intestacy being the son is the applicant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administrations to the estate left behind by the deceased is granted to the applicant in terms of prayer [a] subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- with two sureties.

The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
