1. Mr. Jana, learned advocate appearing for the appellant, submits that due to certain technical defects, the appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal. He prays for leave to file an appeal afresh challenging the original order dated 20th August, 2024 passed in the writ petition being WPO/573/2019.

2. We do not find any reason not to accept the prayer made on behalf of the appellant.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the appellant to prefer an appeal to assail the order dated 20th August, 2024 passed in WPO/573/2019.
