The Court :- The affidavit affirmed by Smt. Ruma Basu the widow of the testator who in terms of the Will has a life interest filed in Court is taken on record.

This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 29th June, 2015 left behind by the above named deceased. After issuance of citations, no one has come forward to object to the grant of probate applied for in PLA No. 454 of 2024. The Department has issued a no caveat certificate.

After considering the affidavit, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (c) of the petition. The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
