..for the alleged contemnors The Court: The learned advocates representing the applicant and the alleged contemnors have jointly submitted that the order passed by the coordinate Bench dated 16th June, 2023 stood modified by the order dated 19th March, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on an intra-court appeal being APO/129/2023.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 19th March, 2024, the order of the co-ordinate Bench dated 16th June, 2023 merged with the order dated 19th March, 2024 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed and contempt proceeding stands dropped.
