Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that payments are yet to be received. In any event calculations are disputed. So far as calculations are concerned, we leave the issue open for the parties to canvass their grievance before the appropriate forum.

Since the alleged contemnors complied with the order substantially, we do not find it prudent to proceed with the present contempt petition any further.

CC 114 of 2024 is, therefore, disposed of.
