..for the respondent nos.6 to 9 The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks extension of an interim order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench on 16th January, 2023 and continue by the order subsequent thereto including the last order dated 6th July, 2023. Counsel also submits that the reference has commenced on and from 29th August, 2023 and the next sitting is to be held on 9th January, 2024. Since parties have already initiated the arbitration under Section 9(2) of the 1996 Act, nothing further remains of the present application under Section 9 of the Act and AP/644/2022 is hence disposed of by directing the interim order dated 16th January, 2023 to continue till 30th November, 2023. The parties

shall be at liberty of taking appropriate steps before the Tribunal for continue and/or vacating the interim order. One of the respondents is represented. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) T.O.
