3. The Official Liquidator has filed the report after serving the copy of the Learned Counsel for the applicant. Let the same be kept in the record.
4. In the report of the Official Liquidator has stated as follows: That after scrutiny of the report submitted by the Chartered Accountant and other relevant papers and records etc. submitted by the Advocate-on-record of the petitioner, the Official Liquidator is of the opinion that the affairs of the above noted Transferor Companies namely 1. Bhagirathi Vyapaar Private Limited, 2. Laziz Commercial Private Limited, 3. Loharuka Estates Private Limited and 4. Sadabahar
Dealcomm Private Limited have not been conducted in a manner prejudicial to the interest of their members or to public.
5. Counsel for the applicant submits that as per the report submitted by the Official Liquidator, Official Liquidator has no objection for dissolution of the four companies, namely, 1. Bhagirathi Vyapaar Private Limited, 2. Laziz Commercial Private Limited, 3. Loharuka Estates Private Limited and 4. Sadabahar Dealcomm Private Limited without winding up of the said companies.
6. Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the applicant and after perusing the report submitted by the Official Liquidator, prayers (c) and (d) of the Judges Summons is allowed.
7. CA/1/2024 in connection with CP/895/2016 connected with CA/658/2016 is disposed of.
