Mr. Naba Kr. Das, Mr. Subhabrata Das, Advocates for alleged contemnor nos.2 & 3. The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnors that the order dated 27th April, 2022 has been complied with. The revised appointment letter has been issued to the petitioner and he has also accepted the same and joined in terms of the revised appointment letter. On behalf of the petitioner this submission is admitted. The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that his client has joined as per the revised appointment letter. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt proceedings. The contempt proceedings is dropped.

The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. The Rule is also discharged.
