For petitioner The Court: This is an application for modification of the order dated 17th July, 2025 by which the Letters of Administration was allowed to the applicant subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 50 lakhs with two sureties.

The applicant says that it is difficult for him to get two sureties who have to provide the sureties to the extent of Rs. 25 lakhs each. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order is modified by permitting three sureties out of which two shall be of Rs. 15 lakhs each and the other shall be of Rs. 20 lakhs.

The order dated 17th July, 2025 is, accordingly, modified and shall be read, meant and construed with the aforesaid modification. The application being GA/1/2025 is, accordingly, disposed of. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) Sb/
