The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. After issuance of citations, no one has come forward to object to the grant of letters of administration applied for in PLA No. 462 of 2024. The Department has issued a no caveat certificate. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (d) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.8,50,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
