Mr. Subhamay Dewanji, Advocate for petitioner. The Court : This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 2nd June, 2009 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the heirs in intestacy being a son of the deceased is the executor and the applicant. The other heirs/heiress who are entitled to object to the grant have consented to the same. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
