The matter has been before the Court since November, 2023 and no progress has been made in the matter by reason of the conduct of the petitioner.

The order dated 10th January, 2024 records that the petitioner has sought three consecutive adjournments and the petitioner was also not represented on 15th January, 2024.

No one appears for the petitioner also today. AP/708/2023 is accordingly dismissed for default. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

A copy of the mail dated 15th January, 2024 sent by the respondents to the petitioner is taken on record.
