The election of Ganga Samabaya Abasan Ltd. fell due on 1st December, 2022. The same has not been conducted till date. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 9 being the Commissioner, West Bengal Cooperative Election Commission to conduct and conclude the election at the earliest but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
