THE COURT: Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned Advocate representing the petitioner, has prayed for conversion of the writ petition from writ petition on the Original Side to writ petition on the Appellate Side. Department is directed to take necessary steps for converting the writ petition into a writ petition on the Appellate Side and allot number treating the writ petition as an Appellate Side matter.

Aforesaid exercise shall be completed by seven days from date. Learned Advocate for petitioner is directed to cooperate with the department in completing such work.
