(Via Video Conference) The Court: On 29th June, 2021 the petitioners were represented by Mr. Sukalyan Chakraborty, advocate. On his prayer the matter was adjourned till 2nd July, 2021 (wrongly typed as 2nd July, 2001 in the order). The date is corrected and the returnable date should be read as 2nd July, 2021 in the order dated 29th June, 2021. By the order dated 29th June, 2021 the petitioners were directed to inform this Court as to whether the order being the subject matter of the contempt application has been complid with subsequent to the filing of the contempt application. No one appears on behalf of the petitioners. The alleged contemnors also remain unrepresented. No one has applied for joining through virtual mode on behalf of either the petitioners or the alleged contemnors. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the contempt application any further. The contempt proceedings is dropped.

The contempt application is disposed of without any further order. Rule, if any, stands discharged.
