The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration with the last Will and Testament dated 20th October, 2002 annexed thereto. No one has objected to the grant of letters of administration pursuant to issuance and service of the citations. No caveat certificate has been issued by the department.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (d) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 2.55 lakhs with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
