... for respondent no.5 It appears from the cause title of the writ petition, as rightly pointed out by the learned State Counsel, all the respondents are beyond the Original Side jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court. By this time, the law is well settled that in such a case there is no bar for entertaining a writ petition, but of course, in its Appellate Side and not in the Original Side of this Hon'ble Court. Considering the above, this writ petition is directed to be converted into an Appellate Side writ petition by carrying out the necessary formalities. This writ petition is thus directed to go out of the Original Side list.
