...for the respondent The Court: Affidavit of service is taken on record. Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondents. The application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pray for further relief before the learned arbitrator. The receiver shall retain symbolic possession of the vehicle and such possession shall be subject to all further orders to be passed by the learned arbitrator.

The order passed by this Court will continue for a period of one month, to enable the petitioner to approach the learned arbitrator by filing appropriate application for any other interim protection. Learned receiver shall pray for discharge before the learned arbitrator.
