..for the Customs Authorities The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an application was made on 25th September, 2024 before the Commissioner of Customs (Port) but the application dated 25th September, 2024 has not been considered by the Commissioner and the same issue is decided in a judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal Nos.29952996 of 2022 in Union of India & Ors vs, M/s. Willowood Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. & Anr.

Learned counsel appearing for the concerned respondent is present. As the application dated 25th September, 2024 is pending before the concerned respondent authorities for last four months, the concerned respondent authorities is requested to consider the application of the

petitioner and to pass necessary order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

This exercise has to be completed within a period of three months from date.

The petitioner is also at liberty to produce all necessary documents at the time of hearing.

The writ petition is disposed of.
