By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for relief by way of direction upon the Customs Authority to make payment of the refund as has been determined by the order in original dated 21st July, 2023 by the Customs Adjudicating Authority itself.

Such prayer is granted. Let such refund be made as per adjudication order dated 21.7.23, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With these observations and directions, this writ petition being WPO 1684 of 2023 stands disposed of.
