Counsel for the defendant submits that the suit filed by the plaintiff already disposed of by this Hon'ble Court by an order dated 12th December, 2023. Considering the submission made by the defendant and perused the order dated 3rd July, 2023 and order dated 12th December, 2023, this Court found that this Court had already passed an order for drawing of decree in terms of the order dated 3rd July, 2023.

Counsel for the defendant submits that the plaintiff had already initiated an execution proceeding in terms of the decree. Accordingly, CS-COM/429/2024 (Old No.CS/230/2022) is disposed of.
