...for the respondents The Court:- The present application is for appointment of an Arbitrator pursuant to the previous learned Arbitrator refusing to act as such on the ground of having appeared for one of the parties in the matter. The formal letter of refusal dated 28th August, 2023 is part of record. Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, Mr. Arjun Mookherjee, counsel is appointed in place and stead of the erstwhile Arbitrator. The newly appointed Arbitrator will commence the sittings from the stage at which the erstwhile Arbitrator stopped which was 28th August, 2023.

AP/722/2023 is disposed of accordingly.

Ms. Anjana Banerjee, who claims to represent the respondents, will file the Vakalatnama by 4.30 P.M. on 13th October, 2023. The affidavit of service is taken on record.
