...for the petitioner The Court: The advocate-on-record of the petitioner submits that despite orders of Court, the concerned vehicle could not be taken possession of due to the intervention of the Regional Transport Officer (RTO). The advocate-onrecord submits that the Section 9 application should be disposed of on the basis of the Award passed by the Arbitrator and on the ground that the Award is now become executable.

The learned Special Officer appointed in the matter hands up the report in Court. The report is taken on record.

AP/664/2022 is accordingly disposed of and the report of the learned Special Officer kept on record.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
