The Court :- The husband of the testatrix is the applicant for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 15th February, 2018 left behind by the deceased abovenamed. The son and the daughter respectively being the other heir/heiress in intestacy have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
