The Court:- Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present matter has been amicably settled between the parties in terms of the settlement agreement dated 29th September 2025. In terms of Clause (ii)(c) of the settlement agreement, the petitioner is filing the present application for withdrawal. Since the matter stands settled between the parties, he does not wish to press the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
