By this writ petition, petitioner has sought relief or direction upon the respondent CBDT to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation initially made on 9th September, 2021 and thereafter several remainders have been made as annexed to this writ petition making a grievance therein that due to error on the part of the petitioner's accountant, payment has been made under a wrong challan and details of such grievance would appear from such representation.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPO 2567 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Chairman,

CBDT/respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner being annexure P-5 to the writ petition within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative.
