The Court:-Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the award-holder submits that the matter has been amicably settled and as such the award-holder wants to withdraw the execution proceeding.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the award-debtors submits that the interim order in connection with the undertaking may kindly be vacated. In view of above, EC No.344 of 2022 along with intervening applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim order in connection with the undertaking given by the judgment-debtor nos.1 to 7 stands vacated.
